Job Purpose:
The Outsourced Recruitment Manager is critical in our organization, coordinating with outsourced recruitment agencies to source candidates for specific industrial sales positions. This mid-level position involves networking, coordinating, and managing recruitment agencies in various cities to efficiently fulfill our talent acquisition needs. The candidate will primarily focus on volume hiring for industrial sales positions, requiring a deep understanding of the industrial sales network. This role is not directly involved in recruitment but manages the outsourcing network, ensuring efficient and timely talent acquisition to meet our business goals.
Job Duties:
Agency Coordination: Collaborate with outsourced job consultancy firms across different cities, including Ahmedabad, Baroda, Chennai, Mumbai, and more, to source qualified candidates.
Screening and Interviewing: Oversee the screening of candidates by agencies, schedule interviews, conduct background checks, and ensure they meet our criteria.
Database Management: Maintain a database of job consulting agencies, track their performance, and analyze their ability to fulfill our requirements.
Efficient Recruitment: Coordinate with agencies to fulfill our talent acquisition needs within determined cost and quality standards.
Communication: Build and maintain business relations with agencies, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
Volume Hiring: Focus on volume hiring for B2B sales positions, primarily in the industrial sales sector.
Required Qualifications:
Education: A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience: Minimum one year of experience in a coordination role in recruitment.
