    Having high priority openings in largest integrated ICT Solutions and Services provider in India, offering end-to-end solutions including telecom services, data center services, cloud & managed services, transformation integration services and application integration services.

    L3 engineer for supporting post sales /POCs on UC&C Projects. The Purpose of Job is to provide implementation and post-sales support for UC&C Practice. UC&C collaboration Solutions involve products from OEMs like Cisco/Microsoft/Avaya/Poly/Crestron etc. The solution stack would cover Video Conferencing, Audio Video integration, Contact center , IP Telephony, MS Teams Direct Routing etc . This position will require experience and working knowledge of a broad set of UC&C technologies and solutions involving VC Infrastructure /cloud collaboration, Room endpoints (including MTRs), Audio / Visual equipment (Extron, Crestron, Kramer), IP Telephony, Contact Center etc.

    Candidate should have Good hands on experience of installation, implementation & trouble shooting of all Video Conferencing products range of Key OEMs like Cisco/Avaya /Poly /Microsoft cloud or on prem . He or she should have fair knowledge on VC infrastructure like MCU, GW ,GK etc . He should be capable of troubleshooting and resolving the issues online remotely or on site as the case may be. The person should train and support our existing customers /field engineers to maintain device uptimes as per defined SLAs .
