Job Title : Technical Lead MERN Stack

Lead and mentor a team of MERN stack developers, providing technical guidance, support, and coaching.
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define project requirements, timelines, and technical architecture.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust web applications using the MERN stack.
Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and software development methodologies within the team.
Participate in code reviews, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure highquality code delivery.
Drive innovation and suggest improvements in development processes, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
Proven experience 4+ years working as a MERN stack developer with expertise in MongoDB, , , and
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in leading and managing development teams.
Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and web development principles.
Experience in developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and integrating thirdparty services.
Proficiency in frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and related frameworks/libraries.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git), agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
Excellent communication, problemsolving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Experience in cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Prior experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.
