    This role requires a blend of sales skills, educational counselling expertise, and the ability to develop engaging training modules. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in educational counselling, sales, and curriculum development.


    Responsibilities:

    Educational Counselling:
    Provide guidance and support to prospective students interested in our courses.
    Understand the needs and aspirations of students and recommend appropriate courses.
    Conduct informational sessions and one-on-one consultations to address inquiries and concerns.


    Sales:
    Actively promote courses and training programs to potential students through various channels.
    Meet sales targets and quotas set by the management.
    Build and maintain relationships with students to ensure a positive experience and maximize referrals.


    Training Program Development:
    Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and develop training modules and materials.
    Create engaging and interactive learning content tailored to the needs of diverse learners.
    Utilize instructional design principles to enhance the effectiveness of training programs.


    Curriculum Enhancement:
    Continuously evaluate and update existing course materials to reflect industry trends and best practices.
    Incorporate feedback from students and instructors to improve course content and delivery.
    Research emerging technologies and teaching methodologies to enhance the learning experience.


    Administrative Tasks:
    Maintain accurate records of student interactions, inquiries, and sales activities.
    Assist in scheduling classes, managing enrollments, and coordinating logistics for training programs.
    Provide regular reports and updates to the management team regarding sales performance and training program development.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Business, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in educational counseling, sales, or curriculum development.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting targets.
    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and educational software/tools.
    Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning theories.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
    Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
    Passion for education and helping individuals achieve their goals.
    Experience working in the education or training industry.
