    Role Overview:

    As the Associate Manager for Digital and Brand Marketing, you will play a crucial role in shaping our brand's online presence and content strategy. You'll work closely with different teams within marketing to translate our brand vision into compelling content across various digital platforms. Your responsibilities will span content creation, social media management and performance analysis.

    Responsibilities:

    Content / Communication Strategy:

    • Create and execute communication strategies based on consumer touch points
    • Campaign execution for new and existing customers, and analysing results
    • Collaborate with the brand marketing team to understand the brand's voice, values, and objectives.
    • Translate the brand strategy into a relevant content strategy for social media platforms and manage comms with the objective of gaining a share of voice in the category (Instagram, Facebook, , etc.) and on the company website.
    • Collaborate with various teams within marketing to ensure consistency in brand messaging.

    Content Creation and Execution:

    • Create engaging and high-quality content for social media posts, blogs, newsletters, emailers, and website pages.
    • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce visually appealing content.
    • Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all channels.
    • Create content like digital assets, brochures, and pitch decks for new business development projects.

    Market Research and Differentiation:

    • Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and consumer behaviour.
    • Identify opportunities to differentiate our brand through unique and impactful content.
    • Stay updated on emerging digital marketing trends and tools.
    • Understand consumer requirements and insights from products.

    Performance Analysis:

    • Regularly analyse brand performance, user response, traffic, and engagement & ROI metrics across digital channels.
    • Use data insights to refine content strategies and optimize performance.
    • A/B test content variations to improve effectiveness.

    Collaboration and Reviews:

    • Work closely with the Marketing Head and CEO/Founder to align content initiatives with business goals.
    • Conduct thorough reviews of all content before publishing to ensure it aligns with the brand's vision and desired outcomes.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in content creation and managing digital content marketing,
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
    • Strong analytical skills to measure digital channel performance.
