- Overall IT experience of 5+ years Experience in Genesys framework and exposure on genesys reporting.
- Experience in Genesys SIP(Session initiation protocol) server development [at least one project executed to completion Preferably voice].
- Experience in Genesys IRD/ORS application development.
- Experience on Java/J2EE application development/deployment.
- Experience in developing javascript code.
- Experience deploying applications on jetty will be desirable.
- Experience in using GIT.
- Good communication skills.
