    Description
    • Manage the overall bancassurance business in the assigned territory through bank branches
    • Lead a team of relationship managers and ensure achievement of individual and team targets
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel across bank branches
    • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
    • Conduct regular branch visits and joint customer calls with bank staff
    • Provide product training, sales tools, and motivation to the team and bank partners
    • Ensure smooth coordination between bank staff and internal stakeholders
    • Analyze sales performance and prepare timely MIS/reports for management review
    • Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion of insurance penetration
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal processes across all branches
    • Monitor customer service levels and work on improving the overall customer experience

    Educational Qualifications:

    • Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred

    Experience Requirements:

    • Minimum 6 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the bancassurance channel
    • At least 2-3 years of team handling experience and bank relationship management
