- Manage the overall bancassurance business in the assigned territory through bank branches
- Lead a team of relationship managers and ensure achievement of individual and team targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key personnel across bank branches
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Conduct regular branch visits and joint customer calls with bank staff
- Provide product training, sales tools, and motivation to the team and bank partners
- Ensure smooth coordination between bank staff and internal stakeholders
- Analyze sales performance and prepare timely MIS/reports for management review
- Identify new business opportunities and drive expansion of insurance penetration
- Ensure compliance with regulatory norms and internal processes across all branches
- Monitor customer service levels and work on improving the overall customer experience
- Graduate (any discipline); MBA preferred
- Minimum 6 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the bancassurance channel
- At least 2-3 years of team handling experience and bank relationship management
