    Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

    Qualifications:

    • B.Sc. in Nursing (Bachelor of Science in Nursing)
    • OR Diploma in General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM)

    Experience:

    • Fresh graduates as well as experienced nurses are welcome to apply.
    • 1-3 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred for senior roles.

    Skills:

    • Proficiency in nursing procedures, patient care, and medical documentation.
    • Knowledge of hospital protocols, infection control practices, and medical equipment.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Compassionate and patient-centered approach.

    Specialized Nurses:

    Preferred Certifications and Training:

    • Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification.
    • Specialized training in wound care, diabetic management, and infection control.
    • Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

    • Strong attention to detail, excellent critical thinking, and decision-making skills.
    • Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced environments.
    • Empathy, patience, and a strong commitment to patient care.
    • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
