    OptimasAI is a company that focuses on developing applications for cybersecurity with headquarters in Dubai and offices in India and Singapore. Currently, they are offering permanent work-from-home arrangements for both current and potential future employees.

    We are currently in need of a Java Lead / Associate Architect to join our team.

    • Responsible for hands-on development and integration of significant subsystems within the product suite and platform.
    • High problem-solving ability in complex technology areas.
    • Ownership of end-to-end design, development, unit testing, and repository release of a large module/subsystem.
    • Desirable to have familiarity with cybersecurity concepts.
    • Leading a small team of developers within the product engineering team.

    Technical Skill Set:

    1. Sound knowledge of core Java concepts including design patterns, integration patterns, Java IO, and Java network communication.
    2. Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming.
    3. Knowledge of XML, JSON, and HTTP Protocol.
    4. Practical understanding of JEE concepts such as JEE web container, JNDI, JMS, and Web Services.
    5. Working knowledge of LDAP, Kafka, Zookeeper, Hazelcast, Redis, Websockets, Workflow system, XSL, RDBMS, document databases, and graph databases.
    6. Understanding of design patterns and architecture patterns.

    Soft Skill Set:

    • Good written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proactive in learning new technologies independently.
    • Ability to analyze and solve complex problems.
    • Collaborative team player.
