    Job Description :

    Brand marketing for D2C GifTech Luxury brand. Frame strategic roadmap for the brand with execution plans.

    Responsible for Brand Building and Corporate Communication including external Communication, Internal communication and social media for the brand.

    Develop integrated marketing communication in line with brand strategy to meet brand objective.

    Design, develop and implement brand guidelines and complete brand communication keeping new age media in mind

    Analytical skills in qualitative & quantitative consumer research & communication deployment to drive efficiency, business growth & high level of social media traction

    Execute the marketing calendar for various brand initiatives and work towards execution and implementation of the same

    Leading initiatives in PR, events, digital marketing, website, crisis communication, celebrity tie-ups, sponsorships, etc

    Allocate budgets, negotiations and agency management Coordination with Board of Directors for all corporate led initiative

    Communication strategy and campaign development for residential, commercial projects on pan India basis.

    The Successful Applicant :

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in Luxury Industry

    Brand awareness - a clear understanding of brands and the marketing mix

    MBA with specialization in Marketing / Advertising / Brand Communication

    Should have exposure to the creative development process, including content and campaign creation and execution, especially in new age online Brands and product companies

    Having strong creative bent of mind, with an ability to generate ideas to drive brand visibility

    Cross-functional team management skills to liaison with both external agencies and internal stakeholders

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Self-motivated, aggressive, open to learning with an extremely positive attitude

    Great interpersonal skills, should be a team player & superior level of people management skills
