Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing end-to-end Robotic Process Automation (RPA) projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, solution & technical architects, and developers to plan, execute, and deliver RPA projects while also managing project risks, monitoring and presenting project updates to relevant stakeholders, and ensuring successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and methodologies.
• Conduct detailed process assessments to identify areas for process improvement and automation opportunities using RPA tools and technologies.
• Develop comprehensive project plans to manage scope, timeline, budget, resources, and deliverables.
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional project teams to execute project tasks and ensure alignment with project objectives.
• Mentor team members and contribute to the development of best practices and standardization of RPA project management processes.
• Monitor project progress and issues to mitigate risks and ensure timely and successful project delivery.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration among project stakeholders, including business users, technical teams, and senior management, to ensure alignment on project goals, progress, and issues.
• Coordinate feedback and insight from customer engagements to improve product and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in RPA technologies and provide recommendations for process improvements and automation opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Strong business acumen in project planning and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and technologies
• Experience in Agile/Scrum methodology and UIPath certification are a plus.
