- At least 3 years and preferably five years or more of professional experience in developing and deploying production software.

These trucks are powered by over 1.2 million trucking businesses and create over $700B in annual revenue. Channel19's mission is to address the intricate operational inefficiencies that burden these trucking businesses. Most of the operations of trucking companies are still very manual/inefficient, and most of these companies offshore these manual workflows. We are building the Co-Pilot for Trucking leveraging the latest developments in ML/AI and IOT. We're backed by top-tier investors, have an exciting product roadmap, with customers eager to get on-board, and our small but mighty team is growing. We are on the lookout for a Senior Software Engineer, who is ready to dive in, get their hands dirty, and help shape the future of freight technology.
Opportunity:
You will work with engineering and product design at Channel19. You will help architect and implement solutions up and down the stack from our front end apps, to our backend, to our databases and external services. You will build deep integrations with foundation models, TMS, ELD, Telematics, and a variety of data providers so our platform can offer trucking companies deep and accurate insights. You will build tools that help these companies manage their operations more profitably by predicting and avoiding wasteful costs, improve utilization, and enhance productivity. As part of that team you'll help set a high quality bar for engineering using software best-practices. Together with the rest of the engineering and product design team, you will help shape the future of Chanel19's tech stack and engineering culture.
