    Key Responsibilities:

    Corp IMS Quality Assurance

    1. Spearhead the IMS Audit management & Certification for entire ReNew Business
    2. Coordinating with Certifying Agency for IMS audits & new business inclusion
    3. Develop & Managing the business processes & systems documents relevant to various businesses to ensure the execution is done in line with norms, specs
    4. Internal Audit management & NC closure support
    5. Providing the technical guidance to the team with respect to product or process deviations reported
    6. Organizing Refresher's training programs on IMS & other relevant systems
    7. Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Management system & IMS Audits
    8. Co-ordination with all stake holders to plan, execute & close the IMS audits
    9. Releasing Quality Alerts on Major or repetitive deviation reported
    10. Coordination with the process owners with updating the business processes (SPOC) for the new product, new business or existing business processes with changed business requirement
    11. IMS NC Management & Audit management portal

    Team Deployment:

    1. Identify the IMS SPOC of respective business & train them to carry out the IMS related work
    2. Coordination with the business teams on audit plan, Audit conduct & execution schedule
    3. Developing team of internal auditors and deployment for various audits as per audit calendar

    Functional Competencies:

    Essential:

    Certified Lead Auditor for IMS

    Auditing skills & Effective reporting,

    Strong hold on IMS standards

    Knowledge on tools for data analysis & corrective actions

    Basic knowledge on measurement tools

    Desirable:

    Knowledge on international standards for wind turbine components
