Role Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Drone Manufacturing Lead Engineer to join our team in Hyderabad India. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and producing high-volume, low-cost drones tailored for military applications in challenging environments. This role requires deep technical expertise in drone technology, a strong commitment to R&D, and the ability to lead a team towards achieving exceptional manufacturing outputs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of durable and efficient drones capable of supporting military operations.
• Establish and manage a high-volume manufacturing line, ensuring cost efficiency and high quality.
• Develop strategic plans to build and expand domestic manufacturing capabilities in line with international standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate advanced technologies and enhance drone capabilities, focusing on surveillance and combat applications.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and environmental guidelines.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and adopt best practices in drone manufacturing.
• Manage budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to meet strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in drone technology, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within a manufacturing environment.
• Proven track record of developing high-volume, cost-effective manufacturing processes.
• Extensive knowledge of drone hardware and software, including first-person view (FPV) technologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, capable of leading technical innovation.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Familiarity with the regulatory landscape for drone operations in India and globally.
