    Description

    We are seeking a SAP ISU Professional with utility experience to handle test case preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting using QMetry and JIRA. This role requires mandatory skills in SAP ISU Billing, SAP ISU Device Management, and SAP ISU FICA, as well as a strong understanding of credit, collections, and payment processes.

    Roles & Responsibilities:

    • Quality Assurance: Prepare and execute test cases for various processes.
    • Defect Management: Manage and report defects using tools such as QMetry and JIRA.
    • Process Expertise: Apply knowledge of SAP ISU Billing, SAP ISU Device Management, and SAP ISU FICA to daily tasks.
    • Financial Processes: Demonstrate expertise in credit, collections, and payment processes.

    Skills Required

    • Experience in the utility sector is essential.
    • Mandatory skills include SAP ISU Billing, SAP ISU Device Management, SAP ISU FICA, Credit and Collections, and Payment processes.
    • Proficiency in test case preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
    • Experience with QMetry and JIRA.
    • Nice to have skills include experience with integrations (Mulesoft), API testing, and Postman.
