    Job Title: Business Development Manager

    Experience: 0 to 5 years of job experience

    We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to provide our HNI & NRI clients with a world class service consistently with high standards of care. The job requires them to

    Onboard new clients through our referral partner network

    Expand our existing referral partner network by onboarding Bank Relationship Managers, wealth managers, fund managers, insurance advisors, and other influential people.

    Continuous engagement with our referral partners and thereby onboard new clients

    Complete understanding of client requirements and real asset portfolio

    Deliver monthly sales quotas initiated by the business development head

    Maintain all relevant reports applicable for business development and execution on a daily basis

    Should train and mentor new hires in the organization

    Eligibility Criteria:

    Graduates with 0 to 5 years of work experience

    Strong drive for results clubbed with excellent presentation skills

    Good communication (with proficiency in English, Hindi and Telugu) and interpersonal skills

    Prior experience in business development and client-facing role will have added advantage

    Good knowledge about Hyderabad city geography
