    Responsibilities:


    • Lead and oversee the entire BPM lifecycle, from process discovery to execution and monitoring.


    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse business requirements.


    • Design and model business processes using SAP Signavio tools.


    • Customize and optimize SAP Signavio platforms to align with organizational needs.


    • Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on BPM best practices.


    • Provide strategic guidance on BPM implementation and improvement initiatives.


    • Ensure successful implementation of BPM solutions within specified timelines.


    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP Signavio configurations.


    • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in BPM technologies.

    Qualifications:


    • Bachelors or masters degree in a relevant field.


    • Overall 8-10 years of experience as business analysist in SAP projects


    • 5-8 years of hands-on experience with SAP Signavio platforms.


    • Certifications in SAP Signavio are highly desirable.


    • Proven track record of successful BPM project implementations.


    • Strong project management and leadership skills.


    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


    • Ability to adapt to changing project requirements and work effectively in dynamic environments has context menu.

    Key Skills:


    • Expertise in SAP Signavio platforms for business process management (BPM).


    • In-depth knowledge of BPMN, business rules, and workflow automation.


    • Proven experience in leading and managing end-to-end BPM projects.


    • Knowledge in process analysis and mining, journey modelling & governance and automated execution


    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills in optimizing processes.


    • Ability to conduct workshops, training, and provide strategic BPM guidance.

    Flexibility and Travel:


    • Ready to work from the customer location as needed.


    • Flexibility to travel for short or medium-term projects based on project requirements.
