We are seeking a motivated and talentedInside Sales Associate to join our Software Solutions team. Theideal candidate will have a basic understanding of softwaredevelopment practices and be familiar with technologies such asSpring Boot Kafka AWS MongoDB MySQL and Excel. Proficiencyin English and Hindi isrequired.

Tasks

• Identifyand generate new business opportunities through outbound callingemail communications and other direct marketingmethods.
• Understand customer needs andrequirements and demonstrate the value proposition of our softwaresolutions.
• Maintain a thorough understanding ofour software products and services industry trends andcompetition.
• Work closely with the technicalteam to ensure customer satisfaction andretention.
• Maintain accurate and uptodate salesrecords and prepare sales reports asrequired.

Requirements

• Basicunderstanding of software developmentpractices.
• Familiarity with Spring Boot Node.jsKafka AWS MongoDB MySQL and Excel.
• Excellentverbal and written communication skills in English andHindi.
• Strong interpersonal skills and theability to build and maintain professionalrelationships.
• Selfmotivated with a proventrack record of meeting or exceeding salesgoals.
• Ability to work in a fastpacedteamorientedenvironment.
