    Job Summary:

    IFSS Group is an Indian-based company primarily dealing with foreign clients and specializing in Merchant Exporting in sectors like Textile, Agriculture, Machinery, and Construction Materials, the Export Manager (Sales) plays a crucial role in expanding our global presence while ensuring compliance as per the standards and regulations.

    This role involves developing and implementing strategies to drive export sales growth, managing client relationships on an international scale, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Export Manager will collaborate closely with other departments to coordinate logistics, manage export documentation, and meet regulatory requirements, bridging the gap between Indian origin and international business practices.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve export revenue targets while maintaining compliance with Indian standards and regulations.

    2. Identify and pursue new export markets and business opportunities internationally, leveraging our Indian origin as a unique selling point.

    3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential foreign clients, understanding and respecting diverse cultural norms and business practices.

    4. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring alignment with Indian legal requirements and customs regulations, as well as international standards and standards of the destination country/ client country.

    5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to international clients, considering logistical challenges and cultural nuances.

    6. Manage export documentation, including contracts, invoices, and shipping documents, in compliance with Indian export laws and regulations, as well as international trade requirements.

    7. Stay updated on global market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting international trade, with consideration for their impact on Indian-origin businesses.

    8. Provide regular sales reports, MIS, forecasts, and analysis to the management, utilizing formats and metrics commonly used in international business contexts also collaborating with the teams to achieve the set targets.

    9. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a culturally sensitive and satisfactory manner, reflecting our Indian values of hospitality and customer service excellence.

    10. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns targeting export markets, leveraging our Indian heritage as a competitive advantage in the global marketplace.

    Qualifications:

    1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

    2. Proven experience in of 1-2 years in export sales, preferably within an Indian-based company dealing extensively with foreign clients.

    3. Strong understanding of international trade regulations, customs procedures, and documentation requirements.

    4. Excellent negotiation and communication skills, including proficiency in English and any additional languages relevant to our target international markets.

    5. Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds, leveraging our Indian identity as a strength.

    6. Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales targets in the context of international business environments.

    7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software commonly used in global business settings.

    8. Willingness to travel internationally as required, with an understanding of the cultural sensitivities and business etiquettes of different regions.

    9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities presented by our Indian origin in the global marketplace.

    Working Hours:

    Monday to Saturday from 10:30 AM to 6:30 PM

    (Including 30 30-minute break from 1:00 PM to 1:30 PM)

    Base Salary: The Export Manager (Sales) will receive a base salary of 16K to 22K, payable [monthly] along with a commission structure.

    Commission Structure:

    1. Export Sales Commission: The Export Manager will receive a commission based on the total value of exports achieved by him and his team. The commission rate will be [1%] of the net profit value of exports.

    2. New Client Acquisition Commission: An additional commission will be provided for securing new clients. The Export Manager will receive [0.5%] of the net profit value gained from new clients acquired.

    3. Sales Growth Bonus: Quarterly or annually, the Export Manager will be eligible for a bonus based on the overall sales growth achieved compared to predefined targets. The bonus amount will be [1%] of the total export sales growth exceeding the determined targets.
