- Collaborate with Conference Global Finance and Operations team to define and execute on reporting needs.
- Develop a strong understanding of the Conference Finance and Operation data and how it can be leveraged in reports.
- Create predictive modeling to assess future performance.
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support finance and business requests.
- Working knowledge of data analytics software such as Power BI, Python/R etc. as well as passion for Automation of processes/reporting using these tools
- Create new Power BI reports in conjunction with the warehouse data acquisition.
- Assist with design, development and testing of enhancements to existing or new reports and dashboards.
- Assume responsibility for daily and monthly reporting jobs.
- Develop a proficiency in the retrieval and manipulation of data from spreadsheets, the data warehouse and database environments.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Mathematics, Finance, Computer Science, Economics, or Statistics is required; Masters or Advanced degree is a plus.
- 4+ years of business experience with at least 1 year of experience in Microsoft Power BI development
- Programming language experience like Python/R
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Power BI, Excel, and Access
- Proven analytic skills, including mining, evaluation, analysis, and visualization.
- Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations.
- Hands-on experience with one or more BI platforms (Oracle BI tools preferred)
- Highly effective communicator, with excellent written and verbal English language skills
- Detail-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to pursue relevant and accurate data.
