    Reports to: Head of Sales.

    Job Summary:

    We are looking for a Sales Manager with 8-10 years of experience in selling Business Intelligence (BI) solutions to join our growing team.

    The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business and managing existing accounts for Intellicus BI solutions across various industry verticals.

    This role requires a deep understanding of BI, analytics, and data-driven decision-making, as well as a proven track record in managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

    Responsibilities:

    - Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to target new business opportunities and expand existing customer accounts for Intellicus BI solutions.

    - Business Development: Identify, qualify, and engage with enterprise-level prospects across industries such as finance, retail, healthcare, manufacturing, and more.

    - Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key decision-makers including C-suite executives, business analysts, and IT leaders.

    - Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales process, including lead generation, qualification, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.

    - Ensure timely and accurate forecasting and pipeline management.

    - Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and position Intellicus BI solutions in a consultative manner that aligns with their business objectives.

    - Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of Intellicus BI features and functionalities, staying updated with new product features and industry trends to effectively pitch to clients.

    - Collaboration: Work closely with the pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure the delivery of tailored solutions and superior customer experience.

    - Sales Reporting: Track sales activities, opportunities, and pipeline progress in CRM (e., Salesforce), ensuring all records are up-to-date and accurate.

    - Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market needs to adjust sales tactics and capitalize on new opportunities.

    - Revenue Goals: Meet or exceed sales quotas, focusing on revenue growth and long-term client retention.

    Qualifications:

    - Experience: 8-12 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in the BI and analytics domain, selling enterprise software solutions.

    - Proven Track Record: Demonstrated ability to consistently meet or exceed sales targets, manage complex sales cycles, and close large deals.

    - Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Data Visualization, and related software tools.

    - Consultative Selling: Expertise in consultative and solution-based selling approaches, with a strong ability to engage with stakeholders across business and technical domains.

    - Sales Process Expertise: Familiarity with modern sales methodologies (e., SPIN Selling, MEDDIC, Challenger Sales) and CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.

    - Relationship Building: Strong ability to establish and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers, including IT leaders and business executives.

    - Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex solutions in a clear and persuasive manner.

    - Problem-Solving: Ability to understand customer challenges and propose effective BI solutions to meet business goals.

    - Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or advanced certifications in sales or BI is a plus.

    - Travel: Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    - Language Skills: Proficiency in additional languages (e., French, German, Spanish) is a plus.

    - Leadership Experience: Experience mentoring or leading a small sales team or sales operations.

    - Technical Understanding: A strong understanding of data integration, cloud BI platforms, and analytics tools is highly desirable.
