    Job Description

    Role Description: As a Sales Development Representative at TechBag, your key role will be the following:

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Generate qualified sales pipeline for the sales team.
    • Reaching out to potential prospects based on Outbound strategy.
    • Establishing potential client's needs and delivering information about the solution.
    • Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
    • Build email sequences for nurturing customers.
    • Qualifying leads for the qualification questionnaire.
    • Creating and maintaining a database of prospective clients.
    • Tracking performance and sales metrics.
    • Define and Improve sales development processes.

    Job Specification

    Background and Experience:

    • Previous experience in Technology lead generation, outbound sales, inside sales, or related sales experience.
    • Knowledge about SaaS and\or Cloud industry.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Self-motivated and self-directed.
    • Familiar with systems and processes. Knowledge of a CRM software is a plus.
    • Familiarity with presentation and sales reporting is a plus.
    • Minimum 2 Years.
