    Reporting to - Assistant Manager/General Manager

    Job Description :

    Client Relationship Management:


    • Serve as the primary point of contact for the center for all our members and prospective clients
    • Schedule and lead tours of the center for all prospective clients
    • Welcome all walk-ins at the center and give them a tour of the facility
    • Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
    • Building and cultivating long-term relationships with key customers

    Product Delivery Support:


    • Ensure the entire facility is operating smoothly and that the common areas, meeting rooms, and workspaces are maintained properly
    • Greet and check-in member guests, manage the floors during business hours to ensure everything is in order and running smoothly.

    General:


    • Assist with move ins and move outs, and prepare and distribute member welcome kits
    • Assist the Centre Head to target and achieve a 100% renewal rate at the Centre
    • Support Sales team in conducting client/prospect walkthroughs and any assistance that may be required

    Skill Sets Expected:


    • Process driven with experience of database management / CRM applications
    • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a lean / agile team with a fast-paced environment
    • Adept at developing and cultivating long-term client relationships
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, actively looking for ways to improve customer experience

    Qualification and Experience required

    • Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or Business-related degree

    Experience:


    • 1+ years of experience as a Guest Relations Executive or in a customer service/client facing role
    • Experience in flexible office spaces, office parks, hospitality would be an added advantage
