We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Tele Sales Specialist to join our sales team at Radhey Group. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in tele sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote our real estate projects and services.

2. Follow up on leads generated through various channels and convert them into sales opportunities.

3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

4. Provide accurate information about our projects, pricing, and payment plans to interested customers.

5. Coordinate with the sales team to schedule site visits for interested prospects.

6. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.

7. Keep detailed records of interactions with customers and update the CRM system accordingly.

8. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify selling opportunities.

9. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to implement promotional campaigns and initiatives.

10. Continuously strive to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in tele sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

4. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.

5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

6. Proficiency in MS Office applications and CRM software.
