Established in 1942, the company has successfully acquired the manufacturing assets of Balmer Lawrie Tea and Eveready's packet tea business.

    We offer a wide range of flavor and specialty teas, including our popular brands such as Tea India, Gold Bond, Victoria, and many others. Our products are exported to countries like the United States, Australia, Europe, far eastern Russia, and West Africa.

    Job Title: Operations Director - Global Expansion

    Salary:

    $120,000 - $150,000 per annum

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead end-to-end operations in the factory and international market
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, efficiency, and quality standards
    • Manage budgets, financial planning, cost control measures, and revenue targets
    • Negotiate contracts, agreements, and partnerships with local and international clients
    • Travel internationally to meet with key clients, attend trade shows, and represent the company in global markets

    Requirements:

    • Leadership and strategic thinking skills
    • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and international sales
    • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions

    About You:

    You will be responsible for driving operational excellence and profitability while expanding our presence in the global market. With your leadership skills and experience in manufacturing operations, you will lead cross-functional teams and develop strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
