    Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate -IB Maintenance Analyst

    We are looking for an experienced IB Maintenance Analyst to join our team, who would be responsible for maintaining IB asset records in ServiceMax through the New Product Introduction (NPI), User Defined Attributes (UDA) and Part Swap IB processes. The Candidate should have relevant experience.

    Responsibilities

    · Assist ServiceMax users by answering questions and providing support in a timely manner (within SLA).

    · Resolve discrepancies in IB data and obtain further information for incomplete records.

    · Maintain and update documentation of the processes, such as process maps, procedures, and policies.

    . Should be well wersed with ITIL or Customer Support.

    . Mandate experience in SFDC - basic config., SOQL

    Qualifications Minimum qualifications

    · Any graduate

    Preferred qualifications

    · ITIL or Customer Support

    · Requirements Management

    · Fundamental, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills

    · Problem Solving skills.

    · Excellent documentation skills

    · Experience w/ SFDC - basic config., SOQL

    · A track record of following through on commitments.

    · Advanced Microsoft Excel

    · Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
