DevOps Engineer - India - EG Allied Pvt. Ltd.

Description

We are looking for a skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team and help build and maintain our web platform, which would serve users around the world. The ideal candidate has experience working with cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and is passionate about improving software development processes and delivering high-quality products.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain automated build and deployment pipelines for our web platform
• Manage cloud infrastructure using tools like AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as they arise
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure that applications are designed for scalability and maintainability
• Develop and maintain tools and scripts to automate common tasks and processes
• Ensure that all environments (development, staging, and production) are secure and meet compliance requirements
• Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans
• Stay up to date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices in DevOps and software engineering

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Experience in software engineering, DevOps, or related field
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, automation tools, and continuous integration and deployment pipelines
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
