    Job Role- Assistant Recruitment Manager

    Experience- 1+yrs

    Location- remote

    Timings 10 am to 7 pm

    Workings days- 6 days

    CTC- 4lpa

    Requirements-

    1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    2. Overall 2 years of experience wherein months should be in team handling.
    3. Must have the experience background in Recruitment & Staffing Firm.
    4. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
    5. Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
    6. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases.
    7. Knowledge of industry best practices and trends in recruitment.
