    Specialist - Litigation-Collection


    This role would be responsible for handling the critical litigations of the bank and to update the Developments to the Management on regular and ensure recovery through legal recourse.


    • Handle the litigations (To & Fro) related to the loan accounts.
    • Recovery oriented approach and Good in data management
    • Good knowledge of proceedings in DRT/NCLT etc.
    • Very good knowledge of SARFAESI proceedings.

    Job Duties & responsibilities:

    • Interact with the Law firms / for handling the litigations and briefing them for the cases
    • Conduct regular reviews of the assigned cases and update the management on developments.
    • Handling the litigations in various locations coordinating with the lawyers
    • Appearing before various Courts, Tribunals, Commissions, Appellate Tribunals and Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical issues as and when required
    • Appointment law firms/Advocates as and when required.
    • Very good in handling police station issues and other LEA
    • Establish compliance standards and compliance frameworks based on internal policies and local law & regulations.
