    Description

    We're on the lookout for a skilled Java Developer to become part of our dynamic team. As a Java Developer, you'll play a key role in crafting top-notch software solutions using Java technologies. Your tasks will involve working closely with various teams to grasp project needs, translate them into technical specs, and deliver robust, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. The ideal candidate should possess a solid Java development background, exceptional issue-solving abilities, and a drive for innovation.

    Key Responsibilities :

    • Design, develop, and keep up Java-based applications as per project requirements.
    • Craft well-designed, effective, and testable code following best software development practices.
    • Collaborate with business analysts and product owners to comprehend user needs and turn them into technical specs.
    • Engage in architectural design dialogues and propose solutions to intricate technical obstacles.
    • Conduct code reviews, spot areas for advancement, and suggest alternative solutions.
    • Tackle problems, conduct root cause analysis, and roll out solutions promptly.
    • Team up with quality assurance engineers to ensure software quality and reliability through thorough testing.
    • Stay updated on the most recent industry trends, tech innovations, and prime practices in Java development.
    • Log software designs, technical specs, and implementation specifics.
    • Partake in enhancing development processes and methodologies continuously.
    Requirements :
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
    • Demonstrated experience as a Java Developer or Software Engineer, with at least X years in Java development.
    • Proficient in Java programming and object-oriented design principles.
    • Familiarity with Java frameworks like Spring, Hibernate, and/or Apache Struts.
    • Knowledge of web development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX.
    • Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, JDBC, and ORM frameworks.
    • Hands-on experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and build tools (e.g., Maven, Gradle).
    • Exceptional problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail.
    • Great communication and interpersonal abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
    • Preferred Qualifications:
    • Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
    • Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
    • Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
    • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
    • Certification in Java programming or related technologies is advantageous.
