- Trianz is looking for an experienced HR Analytics and Insights Leader to join our team.
- You will lead the development and implementation of our HR analytics strategy to drive HR transformation and support business objectives.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR analytics strategy aligned with business objectives and HR priorities.
- Oversee data collection systems to ensure accurate data acquisition.
- Utilize advanced data analysis techniques to uncover trends within HR data.
- Partner with HR leaders to optimize processes through data-driven insights.
- Design dashboards and reports to communicate employee metrics and insights.
- Generate actionable recommendations based on HR data analysis.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of HR analytics professionals.
- Embed data-driven HR processes across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR analytics projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends and recommend innovative approaches.
- Master's degree in HR, Statistics, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in HR analytics, workforce planning, or HR data analysis.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, data visualization tools, and HRIS platforms.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, practices, and metrics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Track record of driving HR transformation through data-driven insights.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and lead cross-functional teams.
