    This full-time, on-site role involves maintaining hardware/software systems, managing networks, ensuring data security, providing technical support to users, and assisting with ERP (Odoo) and infrastructure enhancements.

    The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in keeping our technology backbone strong and reliable across departments.

    • Manage and maintain the company's IT infrastructure, including computers, servers, networks, and printers.
    • Troubleshoot system and network issues, and provide timely support to internal users.
    • Ensure data backup systems and antivirus/firewall security are properly configured.
    • Monitor and optimize internet connectivity and LAN/Wi-Fi performance.
    • Support Odoo ERP users and coordinate with external vendors for system upgrades and fixes.
    • Assist in implementation of new software/hardware as per company requirements.
    • Keep IT inventory and licensing records updated.

    A successful candidate should have 1–3 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or network management.

    Required skills include:

    • Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routers, switches, wireless access points, and CCTV systems.
    • Experience with ERP systems (Odoo preferred) is an added advantage.
    • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
    • Certifications like CCNA, MCSA, or equivalent are a plus.
    • Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with different departments.
