This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Marketing located in Chennai. The Head of Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing market planning, marketing management, market research, sales, and public relations activities to drive the growth of Able Aura's digital platform. They will lead a team responsible for executing marketing campaigns, content development, and social media strategies. They will also be responsible for monitoring campaigns and optimizing strategies based on data analysis.

• Market Planning, Marketing Management, and Market Research skills
• Demonstrated experience in driving sales and revenue growth
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Public Relations skills to develop and foster relationships with media, stakeholders, and partners
• Experience in managing project teams and working with cross-functional teams
• Analytical skills to evaluate marketing success and adjust strategies accordingly
• Experience in the healthcare industry and/or working with persons with disabilities is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or equivalent; Master's degree or MBA preferred
