Description

• Lead and manage a team of software developers to deliver sprint goals on time and with zero defects.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and grow professionally.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams, including product owners, project managers, and stakeholders, to prioritize tasks, plan sprints effectively, and align engineering efforts with business objectives.
• Drive the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using technologies such as .NET Core, Application Security, ASP.NET, JavaScript, Web Services, relational databases, SQL.

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, best practices, and development methodologies to maintain code quality, scalability, and performance.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute the engineering roadmap, incorporating new technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
• Handson experience with eventdriven architecture, pubsub systems, and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's degree preferred.

• Experience with Agile methodologies, continuous integration, and continuous delivery practices.
