• Preparemaintenance schedules in line with the organizations maintenancegoals and monitoring PM compliance.
• Frequentlyinspect villas to proactively detect potential problems andrecommend the necessary repair ormaintenance.
• Provide support and advice duringstaff recruitment and ensure the proper onboarding and trainingprocess.
• Occasionally inspect the quality ofperformed maintenance work.
• Communicatepolicies procedures and any updates to maintenancestaff.
• Check that every single job is executedon time to the budget and without compromising building userssafety.
• Work closely with vendors outsourcedservice providers and contractors to protect the interests of thefacility.
• Keep an eye on materials and spareparts inventory.
• Help with the development ofmaintenance procedures and proactive maintenance programs likepreventative maintenance.
• Recommend budgetitems contributing to the development of an annual maintenancebudget.
• Recommend upgrades overhauls and otherchanges to major systems andequipment.
• Actively participate in projects(e.g. remodelling or renovation).
• Activelydiscuss staffrelated challenges with seniormanagement.
• Help out with daytoday equipmentmaintenance work when needed.
• Check that thepremises are safe and not in violation of any regulations.
• Communicate directly with building occupantsto resolve servicerequests.
