    4. Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction meets industry standards and client specifications. Conduct regular inspections and address any deviations from the project requirements.

    5. Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams. Provide regular updates on project progress, issues, and milestones.

    6. Cost Management: Monitor project expenses and track against the budget. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize project financials.
