    Description
    We are looking for a Civil &Structural Design Engineer for a global renewable energy solutionsprovider.

    JobProfile:Civil Design andPermitting: Lead the civil design phase of solar projects includingsite layout foundation design and structuralconsiderations.
    Prepare and submit permitapplications ensuring compliance with local state and federalregulations.


    Foundation Design:
    Design andoversee the construction of foundations for solar panels andrelated infrastructure ensuring stability and durability in varioussoil and climate conditions

    InfrastructurePlanning:
    Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to plan and designinfrastructure components such as access roads fencing and drainagesystems to support solar projects

    ProjectManagement:
    Manage and oversee contractors and subcontractorsduring the construction phase ensuring adherence to projectschedules budgets and qualitystandards

    Quality Assurance and Safety:
    Implement and monitor quality control and safety protocols toensure that all construction activities meet industry standards andsafety requirements

    Cost Management:
    Work tooptimize project costs providing cost estimates tracking expensesand identifying costsavingopportunities

    Documentation:
    Maintaindetailed records of project plans engineering calculationsconstruction progress and asbuiltdocumentation.

    Requirements:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering5 to 7Years of design experienceMin 4 Yearsexperience in the solar industryMust haveled a team of design engineersProficiency incivil engineering design software andtools.
    Knowledge of relevant local state andfederal regulations and permittingprocesses.
    Strong project management skillswith the ability to manage multiple projectsconcurrently.
    Excellent problemsolvingabilities and attention to detail.
    Effectivecommunication skills both written andverbal.
    Experience in solar projectdevelopment construction oroperations.
    Familiarity with renewable energyproject financing and economics.
    Knowledge ofsustainable and environmentally friendly constructionpractices.
    Proficiency in AutoCAD STAAD. Proor other relevant designsoftware
