- Calibrationof instruments related to pressure temperature vacuum flow meterslevel switches etc.
- Preparation of requiredSOPs for the instrumentationdepartment.
- Ensuring all instruments arecalibrated and calibration labels areaffixed.
- Planning and execution of calibrationschedule verification of raw data and calibrationcertificates.
- Coordinating and verifyingweighing balance stamping activities along with all requireddocumentation.
- Arranging dataloggers/hygrometers for temperature mapping as perrequirement.
- Resolving programming issues HMIand PLC issues.
- Participating in variousactivities related to AHU validation project work modification andqualification.
- Having basic knowledge of GDPand GMP of the pharmaindustry.
