- As a Software Quality Engineer, you will join a team of Quality Engineering experts who are passionate and hands-on to be responsible for developing innovative consumer-centric solutions and practices to drive Quality with a Shift Left approach in building Product solutions
- Work closely with Internal or Customer based Engineering, Product Management, Release Management teams and enable them by providing scalable and high-quality technology solutions at a rapid pace
- Liaising with stakeholders to design comprehensive test strategies and their associated automated tests & metrics
- Experience working in complex systems and deriving optimum test automation solutions with efficient coverage, fault tolerance, high performance, and effectiveness
- Developing configurable, maintainable, reusable, and performant test automation suites that empower teams to increase efficiency and product quality
- Integrate with deployment infrastructure to establish a continuous integration and delivery
- Analysing functional and technical documentation in order to identify requirements for the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts
- Create the ability to work as a team to deliver end to end quality products ensuring time to market
- Goal-oriented approach to move in a fast-paced environment and deliver client success
- Passionate to innovate & implement ideas to address efficiency, best practices, improved processes, and custom solutions

- Bachelors in Computer Science or another technical field
- 6 to 8 years relevant work experience
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience handling multiple teams
- Experience with building and designing test strategy, test planning
- Proficient in Javascript/Typescript, Java, and other languages based UI Test Automation tools
- Strong work experience automating Angular based applications using WebdriverIO (v6 or higher) or Nightwatch
- Proficient using testing libraries like Mocha, Jasmine, Chai, etc
- Strong cross-browser and cross-device test implementation experience
- Solid knowledge of Design Principles and Patterns for building Test Automation
- Analyse gaps and design stubs/tools.
- Implement best-fit automation framework and corresponding tests
- Deep knowledge of web services standards and related technologies (REST, SOAP, XML, YAML)
- Well versed building API Automation solutions using RestAssured or similar HTTP Client libraries
- Experience in system monitoring and problem troubleshooting
- Experience with tools like JIRA, Sharepoint, Rally, wiki, etc
- Should have worked on source code management tools like GIT/SVN
- Experience conducting test design, testing techniques, and integration testing with automation frameworks/harnesses
- Experience working in Agile development methodology and fast-paced delivery model
- Ability to coach and mentor testing teams to deliver high-quality Automation
- Experience in leading large-scale projects

- Lead multiple Scrum teams to plan, write, execute and refactor manual and automated test cases
- Serve as Subject Matter Expert for product lines and implementations
- Partner with QA managers and directors in establishing best practices
- Review and manage configurations, builds, branching, and deployment issues
- Partner with product and development leads on requirements and implementations designs
- Write utilities/automation tools using Javascript/Typescript, REST, Python, Groovy, and more
- Lead root cause analysis and track defect resolution to completion
- Review and provide feedback on development code, test designs, and test cases
- Communicate status frequently in Scrum of Scrums
- Lead cross-group and internal customer feature demos
