    Agency Channel Assistant Manager


    As the Agency Channel Assistant Manager at Wroots Global, you will be responsible for leading and managing the freelance agency channel within our organisation.


    • Your primary objective will be to develop and expand the network of freelance recruiters to meet our clients' recruitment needs effectively.
    • You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic planning, relationship management, and performance tracking.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute a comprehensive agency channel strategy in alignment with the company's overall recruitment objectives.
    • Recruit, train, and onboard freelance recruiters to expand the agency channel network.
    • Set clear performance expectations and targets for the agency channel, and provide ongoing guidance and support to ensure achievement of goals.
    • Foster strong relationships with freelance recruiters, acting as their main point of contact and providing regular feedback and performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with internal teams, such as the client management and talent acquisition teams, to understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions through the agency channel.
    • Monitor and analyse the performance of the agency channel, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective measures as necessary.
    • Conduct regular meetings and training sessions with freelance recruiters to enhance their skills, knowledge, and understanding of the company's processes and tools.


    Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitors' activities to proactively identify opportunities and stay ahead in the market.


    • Prepare and present regular reports on the performance and growth of the agency channel to the management team.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's/Masters degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
    • Proven experience in managing and developing agency channels, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
    • Strong understanding of freelance recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and selection techniques.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain productive relationships with freelance recruiters and internal stakeholders.
    • Resultsdriven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets and driving business growth.
    • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
    • Proficiency in using recruitment software and tools.
    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
