    **Job Overview:**

    Evoke HR Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end implementations of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud. This role requires strong expertise in solution design, integration, development leadership, and domain knowledge.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    • Solution Design & Implementation: Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions for clients, focusing on Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, with at least one completed project in each.
    • Integration Expertise: Design and implement integrations using Salesforce Integration Patterns, SSO, Connected Apps, JWT, OAuth, and certificate-based handshakes.
    • Development Leadership: Guide and review development activities, including Apex and LWC, ensuring adherence to code quality standards and optimizing the deployment lifecycle using CI/CD tools.
    • Omnistudio Expertise: Utilize Omni Studio components, including Omni Scripts, Screen Flows, and Flex Cards, in solution design and development.
    • Domain Knowledge: Apply deep understanding of the insurance (preferred) or banking & mortgage domain to tailor Salesforce solutions for industry-specific requirements.
    • Release Management: Stay updated with Salesforce release cycles and integrate newly released features into ongoing projects.
    • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals with technical solutions, ensuring smooth project delivery.

    **Qualifications & Requirements:**

    • Experience: Minimum 10+ years in Salesforce, with 5-8 years in insurance (preferred) or banking & mortgage domains.
    • Skills: Strong expertise in Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Experience Cloud, proficiency in Apex, LWC, and Salesforce integration techniques, hands-on experience with Omni Studio and its components, familiarity with Salesforce release cycles and advanced Salesforce features.
    • Tools & Methodologies: Knowledge of CI/CD tools and code quality tools, strong understanding of integration patterns and certificate-based authentication.

    **Estimated Salary:** ₹45,00,000 per annum based on industry standards and location.
