    Description
    Position Title – Executive/ Senior Executive-Product Specialist.
    Location –BengaluruTotal Experience – 7 to 12 YearsQualification – Min BE (Electrical or Mechanical)

    (BE should be full time is compulsory & Diploma & Distance learning will be not considered)Reporting to the National Training Manager.
    Direct Reporting - Nil (Individual Contributor Role)Languages Known- English /HindiIndustry- Consumer Durable /FMCD (Preferably from small appliances)/Electrical.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • The role will have to monitor the launch of new models of their categories from the day of launch in the market.

    Keep track of the new models getting launched in the market and report back the failures observed within 30 days of launch.

    Data analytics of the product-related failure and report the defect Pareto, Service Call rate, and defect call rate for all TTK product categories.

    The role will encompass feedforward to the Training Manager at HO and Product Development teams for product reliability improvement as per CAPA.Collect the Top 5 defective parts/FG of every month and hand them over to PD/QC for analysis.

    The role is also responsible for field training deployment of their product range.
    Ability to identify the Processes and prepare SOP for use in Pan India delivery.

    Assist the Competence Manager with new product testing and feedback on historical failures data to improve the new launch categories' reliability.

    Periodic visits to Service partners for Audit of Partner staff Technical knowledge, Education on engineering changes, new product information, etc.

    Scheduled publication of Technical newsletter for continuous service level enhancements.
    Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and Third parties.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

    Bring in innovation to better the repair methods at the service centers by introducing new tools, and new processes and executing them so that services rendered conform to company policy and standards.


    Competencies:

    • Ability to present and teach technical information to repair technicians and ASC staff.

    Have strong verbal and written communication skillsShould be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional mannerBe proactive in developing trust and professional rapport with technicians and work as a good team player.

    Should work with the service team to understand the cause of failure of a product in the market.
    Should be able to make technical documentation whenever a new product is launched by TTK in the market.
    Should be able to provide feedback to the PD team for the products we do up-gradation/alteration in the field.

    Remarks:

    • Looking for a stable candidate only.
    (Frequent Job Changes will not be considered).Candidates handling similar roles and similar Industries will be preferred.
    Candidates from Bengaluru or Nearby Locations will be preferred.
    Working knowledge of Excel and SAP is desired.
    Required to travel on a need basis.
