    Position : Marketing Head

    Responsibilities:

    Strategic Planning: Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's overall objectives. This involves analyzing market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.

    Brand Management: Oversee the development and maintenance of the company's brand identity. This includes ensuring brand consistency across all marketing channels and communication materials.

    Campaign Management: Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, print, social media, and events. Monitor campaign performance and ROI to drive continuous improvement.

    Market Research: Conduct market research to gather insights into customer preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscapes. Use this data to inform marketing strategies and tactics.

    Product Marketing: Collaborate with product teams to develop effective marketing strategies for new product launches or updates. This includes defining target markets, positioning products, and creating compelling messaging.

    Digital Marketing: Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media marketing, and online advertising. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and best practices.

    Public Relations: Manage relationships with media outlets, industry influencers, and stakeholders to enhance the company's public image. Develop PR strategies, handle media inquiries, and coordinate press releases and events.

    Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing marketing team. Provide mentorship, guidance, and support to team members, and ensure alignment with overall business goals.

    Budget Management: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI. Monitor expenses and track performance against budgetary goals.

    Analytics and Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools to track and analyze marketing performance metrics such as lead generation, conversion rates, customer acquisition costs, and ROI. Generate reports and insights to inform decision-making and strategy refinement.

    Qualifications:


    •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.


    •Proven experience 5 years in a senior marketing role, with a track record of success in developing and implementing effective marketing strategies.


    •Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and objectives.


    •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build relationships with stakeholders.


    •Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving business impact.


    •Proficiency in marketing analytics and tools, with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decision-making.


    •Creative thinking and innovation mindset, with a passion for exploring new ideas and approaches to marketing.


    •Experience in the OVERSEAS Industry is a plus.


    •Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
