    Event Coordinator

    Salary : Negotiable

    Experience : 1-3 yrs

    Location : Gurgaon

    Role Summary:

    1. Answer telephones and respond to inquiries from clients and participants

    2. Create, compile and export databases containing all information for each event

    3. Plan events

    4. Create budgets for events and allocate funds accordingly

    5. Process end-of-day reports

    6. Process and file invoices from vendors

    7. Answer potential clients questions about facility and amenities
