    About the Role

    As a Program Manager at Nova Benefits, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing key programs aimed at enhancing our benefits solutions and client experiences. Your strategic vision and leadership will drive the success of our initiatives.

    Job Responsibilities:

    Becoming first principled thinkers, consulting/investment banking experience or tech startup experience.

    Coordinate and drive effective execution of key projects and initiatives

    Scope and follow-up of strategic initiatives across the company

    External Skills And Expertise

    What are we looking for?

    • 1 to 3 years of professional experience in management consulting / business roles
    • 1 to 3 years of cross-functional experience in a growing company
    • Familiarity with startup space is a plus.
    • Confident communicator, being proactive, driven & tenacious
    • Understanding of of several tools and products to be independently tracking work on product initiatives, putting research together, design and collaterals for some of the initiatives (external/internal) or influencing and advising the internal teams

    You are awesome at:

    • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to diplomatically navigate complex situations
    • Desire to work in a fast-paced, multitasking, fluid environment with changing priorities
    • Strong ability to work independently and manage one's time, with minimum oversight
