    We are looking for a hands-on, highly motivated, creative, detail-oriented, and analytical Marketing Manager to help scale our brand, develop and leverage brand alliances, and drive our social and digital outreach with a sharp focus on achieving business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Strategize with senior management in marketing and communications plans that deliver on business targets
    • Execute strategy along with internal team and agencies
    • Social Media:
    • Plan and manage brand social accounts on Meta platforms, X, LinkedIn and others – organic, AoS & paid
    • Oversee & strategize paid digital and social, including lead generation and sales campaigns – cross platform (Meta, X, Google)
    • Deep experience on social dashboards, social listening and analytics platforms is a must
    • Website
    • Manage Comic Con India website and related microsites with agencies and internal teams
    • Strategic knowledge in SEO, SMO and CMS based web platforms is essential – candidate will be required to guide team and agencies to deliver on business targets and goals
    • Working knowledge on multiple APIs & Understanding of Third Party APIs and implementation
    • Brand Partnerships & Events
    • Identify and execute on innovative brand alliances – while maintaining and expanding existing partnerships
    • Lead and manage with team main event, relevant side-events and brand partnership events management activities, including branding at shows, media outreach, communication planning at events and other on-ground activities at main and ancillary shows
    • Brand, Design and Content:
    • Drive brand design, creative and collateral with in-house team and agencies

    · Lead branding at shows, media outreach, and communication planning at events and other on-ground activities at main and ancillary shows

    · Drive content initiatives & innovations – for Comic Con India and brands, including, but not limited to video, podcasts, web content and experiences

    • Oversee corporate communications and traditional media outreach for Print, TV and radio and manage crisis communications when necessary.
    • Manage and lead internal teams including media relations, design, social media, digital and alliances
    • Reporting and Dashboards: Maintain a structured up-to-date dashboard of content, reports, promo materials, videos, and communications plans

    · Strengths in problem solving and issue-resolution

    · Strong knowledge of online marketing methods and ability to plan and execute multi-platform campaigns.

    Qualifications

    1. A minimum of 6 years of related experience

    2. Relevant degree in Communications and/or Business Management

    3. Proficiency with Microsoft office products and other web-based applications

    4. Proficiency with latest online marketing, analytics and CRM tools

    5. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite preferred
