Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer, located in Gorakhpur. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and executive support, managing the executive's schedule, coordinating meetings, handling communication, and preparing detailed reports. The individual will also oversee expense management and facilitate day-to-day operations to ensure that the CEO's activities are seamless and organized.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support to senior leadership.
  • Proficiency in preparing and managing Expense Reports with a keen attention to detail.
  • Exceptional skills in Diary Management and coordinating schedules.
  • Capabilities in Administrative Assistance, including maintaining records and ensuring efficient organizational operations.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software and tools, with a focus on efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
  • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • Salary offered 7/9 LPA
