    We are looking for a skilled and experienced Company Secretary to join our team at GOOD FIVE YES JOB CONSULTANCY. As a Company Secretary, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, as well as providing administrative support to the management. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience in company secretarial work.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a Company Secretary, preferably in a similar industry.

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including preparation and filing of statutory forms and returns.
    • Maintain company records and registers, including board minutes, resolutions, and annual filings.
    • Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
    • Coordinate and support board meetings, including preparation of agendas, minutes, and resolutions.
    • Provide administrative support to the management, including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and maintaining documentation.
    • Stay updated with changes in laws and regulations affecting the company's operations and advise management accordingly.
    • Manage the company's corporate governance framework and ensure adherence to corporate policies and procedures.
    • Assist in the preparation of annual reports, financial statements, and other company disclosures.
    • Collaborate with external counsel, auditors, and regulatory bodies as required.
    • Handle any other company secretarial matters as assigned.
