Description

As a Visual Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-centric designs that align with our brand identity and business objectives.

The ideal candidate possesses a keen eye for aesthetics, a deep understanding of design principles, and the ability to translate creative concepts into compelling visual experiences.

• Produce strong conceptual and expressive visual design that is engaging and reflects a cohesive visual style and tone.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand project requirements and deliverables.
• Work collaboratively with other designers to ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and userexperience.
• Produce highquality visual assets that enhance user experience and effectively communicate key messages.
• Determines the visual appearance of our platform and products maintaining a visual language that is coherent, contemporary, and compelling.
• Establish the look and feel for various interfaces, including websites, mobile devices, apps.
• Design original Graphics and visual elements for and design systems. Including Page layouts, Color systems typographical hierarchies, Charting styles, Illustrations & Icons.
• Creates productionready resource files for product implementation, Willingness to help document and maintain the visual elements of a design system
• Plan and lead Visual design activities for various internal products, learning experiences and instructional design material.

• Designing community interactions, and creating content and engagement around UI UX Design.
• Mentor, inspire, and support junior members of design team.

• You should be experienced across digital platforms and have a sound working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite
• Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Figma, Sketch.
• Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g. and InVision)
• Bachelors/ Masters degree in Visual/ Communication Design, or a related field.

• Deep understanding of visual design concept such as Color Psychology, Typography, Iconography.
• Present and stand for your design while having an open mind for criticism and harsh feedback as and when required.
• Strong portfolio to be presented and defended during interview.
• Good Communication Skills
