    Description

    Senior ServiceNow Developer

    Our client in Bengaluru is hiring for a Senior ServiceNow Developer position on a contract basis, with the option to be paid through Prudential Manpower.

    Key Requirements:

    • 5-8 years of experience in ServiceNow, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in SNOW development.
    • Strong expertise in ITSM and ITOM, as well as other ServiceNow modules such as Service Request Management, Integrations, Custom Reporting, Customer Service Management, and Service Portal.

    The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with web-based languages like Scripting, AngularJS, JavaScript, CSS, Jelly, XML, HTML, and Glide. They should also be proficient in integrating ServiceNow with other platforms using APIs like SOAP, REST, and related applications.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Enhance and support the ServiceNow customer-facing portal.
    2. Integrate ServiceNow with other corporate applications via web services, mid-server, email, etc.
    3. Translate design comps and other specifications into working code, building responsive web applications.
    4. Develop middleware API calls for mobile web applications, server-side scripting in Apache Jelly, and ServiceNow proprietary.
    5. Show expertise in ServiceNow HRSD development.
